Based in Oslo. Norway, the Nobel Institute is the overall NGO (non-governmental organization) managing the annual Peace Prize, Peace Concert television special, and Peace Symposium. As Vice President of Global Public Relations for IMG, Stuart Rowlands was responsible for extensive work with the Nobel Institute including helping to coordinate the publicity and presentation of the Nobel Peace Prize to the Secretary of the United Nations, Kofi Annan in 2001 and former American President Jimmy Carter in 2002.

Mr. Rowlands also produced entertainment segments for the Nobel Peace Concert and wrote and hosted interviews with Nobel Laureates including Northern Ireland’s John Hume, South Africa’s Archbishop Desmond Tutu, and former Polish President Lech Wałęsa.
